Our first time selling at auction. We were unsure tbh. They handheld us through the process and advised us well. We inherited two multi-use commercial investment properties both of which had problematic repair and maintenance issues. We were unsuccessful in selling the properties through a local estate agent and turned to Hollis Morgan to undertake the sales by auction. Hollis Morgan were very proactive from the start despite the properties not being local to their offices and having to set up the sales for their next auction within a short time scale. We were kept up to date regularly with interest in and viewings of the properties. At auction both properties sold for well in excess of what we had anticipated.
