I originally bought this plot with Hollis Morgan, and have now sold it with them too. From both sides of the fence, their service was excellent. I sold with a pre-auction offer and I am very happy with the price. I might feel the odd pang at missing the excitement of the auction itself, but a bird in the hand is worth two in the bush. Having bought our workshop through Hollis Morgan a few years ago prior to auction, I was really pleased with the service they offered. Visiting their offices was a pleasure - they made me feel part of the Hollis Morgan family. When it came to selling the workshop there was no hesitation in going back to them - this time I wanted the full auction experience. I was pretty near the deadline for the June auction, but Olly and Nick helped in getting everything ready on time. Tom and Nick did the viewings and I always got prompt and useful feedback. And then auction night! We had to create our own atmosphere at home, but watching Andrew Morgan rattle through the lots was quality entertainment. When it got to our lot, it started slowly and I was initially worried we wouldn’t make the reserve price. Then things picked up, bids were coming thick and fast and suddenly we had gone way past the price I was hoping for and in the end exceeded everybody’s expectations. First time using Hollis Morgan to auction my large HMO. It was a pleasure to deal with such a professional and friendly team from beginning to end. Nick, Olly and Sarah always answered my questions promptly and they arranged viewings of genuine buyers safely under the Covid rules. In house, the team do great plans, online videos, photos of the property with excellent advice, they know how to market and get the best for their customers. Hollis Morgan achieved a 'pre-auction sale' on my HMO which I was very happy with. It was lovely to get a call from Sarah on the day of completion to say congratulations. If you simply want the best then this is the team to use. In very difficult times of social distancing and lock down this is the only way to sell. Olly and his team are very professional. I have used them before lock down and it was a few years ago but I was not disappointed with the results they acheived. I had previously used another Company who made alot of noise but didn't deliver so take their advice and guidence and take the strain out of your sale. Will certainly be using them again.
