Cannot rate Hollis Morgan highly enough. I tried selling my flat the conventional way through an estate agent but despite lots of interest from potential buyers no luck as it required significant repairs, although not structural. Although I have never done so before I decided to sell at auction and engaged Hollis Morgan. They were completely upfront to potential buyers about the required repair work and their marketing of the property was excellent, generating significant interest. They handled all the viewings and despite tight timescales they ensured all parties kept to their schedules and kept me up to date with progress throughout. We chose Hollis Morgan to sell for us because they conduct a traditional auction and we felt the more personalised process of sale suited our rather traditional property. We were looking for a quick sale or auction of a property with issues. Olly and his team from Hollis Morgan managed the hole process from start to finish in a comprehensive, professional and speedy manner. They kept us updated throughout and did all they could to get the house ready for auction in a very short time frame. The auction was not needed at the end as house was sold to a cash buyer just before. Hollis Morgan helped to sort out an issue that arose during the buying process. I have been using Hollis Morgan for now nearly ten years, for both purchasing and selling residential properties. I have always found Olly and his team very helpful and approachable, with Olly exhibiting considerable knowledge and experience in the property market. I have recently sold a residential property, the same that was in need of a major refurbishment. Olly's team produced some great photographs, and worked so hard to find investors for the sale of the property. In this difficult of both high inflation and mortgage interest rates, with the gloom surrounding inflation and the cost of living etc. Olly and his team still achieved an auction sale price well in excess of the price I expected.
