We chose Hollis Morgan to sell for us because they conduct a traditional auction and we felt the more personalised process of sale suited our rather traditional property. However, we were very pleased to find that the personalised approach also underpinned the team's communication with us. We felt throughout that our property mattered to them A real bonus was that it was always easy to speak with any of the staff by phone. They all seemed to know about our property and they were most helpful and knowledgeable. It became obvious that a huge amount of team work was going on for our behalf. They were very active in promoting the property and were prepared to drive some considerable distance to hold viewings – sometimes just for one, other times at very short notice and even at weekends too. We felt very well supported by Olly who guided us wisely through various stages in the pre-auction process.
