Dear Lucinda and Sarah - Thank you.
Your involvement in my attempt to purchase a property has been a breath of fresh air. Below are some examples as to why I say this. These examples may seem insignificant, however’;
responding to emails that are addressed to a colleague, knowing that the colleague would be unable to respond to the email in a given time timeframe, is vitally important. Cross-fertilisation of duties and assuming additional responsibilities is not something that happens readily in most organisations these days.
Being prepared to take a prospective buyer’s identification details at a property viewing, demonstrated flexibility and confidence in your understanding of the profession.
Adding, “ but don’t get carried away with your bidding !! ”, at the end of an email and receiving a consolatory email, designed to ease my anguish at the end of the process, is testament to a refreshing high level of thoughtfulness and compassion.
The owners/managers of Hollis Morgan should be proud of your professionalism and conscientiousness. And be proud to have you in their employ.
Yours, Mr. R.Notley.
