Dear Lucinda and Sarah - Thank you. Your involvement in my attempt to purchase a property has been a breath of fresh air. Below are some examples as to why I say this. These examples may seem insignificant, however’; responding to emails that are addressed to a colleague, knowing that the colleague would be unable to respond to the email in a given time timeframe, is vitally important. Cross-fertilisation of duties and assuming additional responsibilities is not something that happens readily in most organisations these days. Being prepared to take a prospective buyer’s identification details at a property viewing, demonstrated flexibility and confidence in your understanding of the profession. Adding, “ but don’t get carried away with your bidding !! ”, at the end of an email and receiving a consolatory email, designed to ease my anguish at the end of the process, is testament to a refreshing high level of thoughtfulness and compassion. After being on the market for over a year, Hollis and Morgan came recommended to us, so we decided to go with them, right from the start we found Olly to be upfront and honest about what to expect, the legal team were brilliant, as we are of the older generation we’re not up to speed with all the computer technology, and Sarah was great guiding us threw this process with all the paperwork, we were always kept informed about was going on with sale of our property, after a few weeks the house was sold, we would highly recommend Hollis and Morgan and would not hesitate to use them again in the future. Being involved with property for the last 40 years (Ex Estate Agent) I was impressed initially with Olly's approach and summary of the property to be auctioned but although the property did not sell at the Auction the way Nick pushed the property with a terrier like determination afterwards which resulted in 3 different cash offers and achieving a successful sale deserves full credit.
