They kept us updated throughout and did all they could to get the house ready for auction in a very short time frame. I have been using Hollis Morgan for now nearly ten years, for both purchasing and selling residential properties. I have always found Olly and his team very helpful and approachable, with Olly exhibiting considerable knowledge and experience in the property market. I have recently sold a residential property, the same that was in need of a major refurbishment. Olly's team produced some great photographs, and worked so hard to find investors for the sale of the property. In this difficult of both high inflation and mortgage interest rates, with the gloom surrounding inflation and the cost of living etc. Olly and his team still achieved an auction sale price well in excess of the price I expected. What can I say about Hollis Morgan other that incredible, amazing and fantastic. Olly has the patience of a saint, we had been talking to him on and off for over 2 years, had believed we had sold it privately, went back to him, changed our minds, went back again and finally agreed to an auction date. Oh my goodness that's when the speed changed in less than 2 months we went from Hollis Morgan being on site that same day taking photographs to it being listed to numerous viewings. We had been advised to price at the lower end to gain interest we priced at £235,000 with a reserve of £250,000, our initial buyer had offered £280,000. Suddenly we are at auction day. This is where Andrew the Amazing took over we were the 1st lot up and in what seemed like minutes bidding was going fast and furiously and the hammer went down at £325,000.
