We wanted to take control of selling a large house with land and fishing, rather than wait on events. Our choice of Hollis Morgan was because they had sold larger properties before and have a good reputation. We found them effective and professional in every respect. The process from first meeting to exchange of contracts took less than 5 weeks. Emails and calls always got a quick reply. If strategy needed change, there was flexibility with thought behind it. Negotiation was high quality. As a result exchange was before the auction, which saved a bit of nerves. We have no hesitation in recommending them to friends. Olly, Andrew and the team. I must say that you have all been highly professional from start to finish. I had never sold at auction before and didn’t really know what to expect, but thankfully you provided us with a really personal service, showing great interest in the property and staying in regular contact throughout the process. At the start, I said that all I could ask of you is that you get plenty of people out to see it. You certainly did that, and much more, even though the house is in rural Gloucestershire, quite a distance from Bristol.
