Olly has been active in the Bristol Estate Agency scene since 2003, starting as a junior negotiator on Whiteladies Road and after many months making the tea (mainly for Andrew) was released into action and has not looked back since! Olly left Whiteladies Road, alongside Andrew, and founded Hollis Morgan in 2010, briefly trading from his garage, before quickly taking a small premises in Clifton Village – it is with great pride and satisfaction that we have expanded into 3 other adjacent offices and have built a team approaching 20 brilliant colleagues and friends many of who have been with us for over a decade.
Having spent his early years in the coastal town of Clevedon, his parents moved to central Bristol where, with his two brothers he attended Clifton College. After a gap year chasing the sun, he moved to Oxford as a swimming pool salesman (University of Life) before moving to Cardiff to complete a Marketing Degree then returning to Bristol to start his career in property.
Olly is one of our auctioneers and loves the tactical nature of live online auctions. He is also an auction valuer and relishes the role selling a broad range of properties from garages to castles and to a diverse range of clients. He prides himself on giving consistent, pragmatic advice to private individuals, local authorities, housing associations and seasoned property developers alike; each day presents a different challenge and is why he finds his “job” so much fun!
We Say: Able to cut through the waffle and quickly identify what needs to be done and the best strategy to maximise the deal and achieve the best possible result.

Job Satisfaction: People receive a lot of bad property advice, often from corporate estate agents and I find it very satisfying to listen to their problems, advise on a solution and get the property sold – I am often called ‘Mr Plan B’!
