Krish initially joined the Hollis Morgan Auction Team in 2024 during a gap year from his University Course in Swansea and made a big impression – so much so that following the completion of his Degree in May 2026 he has returned on a permanent role with Patrick Addison in the HM Land & Development Team. Within the team he will be focusing on both on-market and off-market sites, as well as linking closely with our auction team to ensure each land lot gets the best exposure with a great sale result.

Education: IB diploma at Bristol Grammar School and a Bsc in Economics at Swansea University
Home: Now back in Bristol and keeping an eye out for a new build to call home.
