Dan Harris has over 15 years of experience working in residential development sales and investment including seven years at Savills before moving to Knight Frank where he spent four years as a Partner and then as Department Head. He has operated across the South West region, advising clients on all stages of property development from site acquisition through to disposal. Bristolian by birth, he has a deep understanding of the local market and is widely regarded as one of the leading development consultants in the South West. Notable projects include Brabazon, Redland Court, Alliance House in Bristol; Hope House and Lansdown Place in Bath and Palace Gardens and Ilsham Grange in Devon. He frequently participates in industry discussions including roundtables, focusing on housing, placemaking and sustainable community development.
He Says: We will work with you to give your development the maximum exposure it deserves whilst helping you to build your brand and reputation in the market.
We Say: Always smiling, full of energy and the face of new homes in Bristol.
Education: Clifton College (like Olly!), then English BA, Marketing MA and a qualification from the Sorbonne in Paris but we will ignore that one!
Home: Born and raised in Clifton and after 50 years I still live here which sounds so boring but I did spend two years abroad and five years in London.
Job Satisfaction: I love working as part of a team and particularly this team! It is not the first time I have worked for Hollis Morgan. I used to help at the live auctions on Pembroke Road back in 2010 when the business first started; so it is great to be back in the fold.
Dream Home: A chalet in The Alps.
Best Skill: Getting the most value from a development and return on investment for my clients.
