Sep 25, 2014Having had various valuations I chose to market my flat with Olly and Calum of Hollis Morgan in Clifton Village, within 24 hours of their instruction we had the details live and on the internet with great photos and attention to detail. This resulted in 14 viewings in the first 48 hours of marketing and a choice of full asking prices offers, I opted for the “cash buyer” and was absolutely delighted when 3 weeks later we exchanged contracts. Sep 25, 2014I decided to sell a High Yield Investment Property in Clifton comprising of the freehold divided as five self-contained flats. I instructed Hollis Morgan alongside another Estate Agent on a joint sole agency basis with a long stop auction date if the Investment failed to sell by private treaty. The agreement between both agencies was on a winner takes all basis. In property career lastingover 30years in the city I have never dealt with a firm that is more efficient than Hollis Morgan. The particulars were settled within three days, the property was marketed immediately and I received an offer the following week and exchanged the week after that. The entire process from instruction to exchange of contracts took three weeks and one day and to those who say buying and selling property takes a long time they need to instruct Hollis Morgan and a speedy firm of solicitors.
