Cannot rate Hollis Morgan highly enough. I tried selling my flat the conventional way through an estate agent but despite lots of interest from potential buyers no luck as it required significant repairs, although not structural. Although I have never done so before I decided to sell at auction and engaged Hollis Morgan. They were completely upfront to potential buyers about the required repair work and their marketing of the property was excellent, generating significant interest.
