• The development proposed is the erection of 1 No. detached single storey dwelling and the formation of vehicular and pedestrian access.

DECISION
The appeal is allowed and planning permission is granted for the erection of 1 No. detached single storey dwelling and the formation of vehicular and pedestrian access at Land to the west of 45 Beechmount Drive.
